Who we are
Floro is a retention and revenue leak specialist based in Cheshire, UK. For anything about your data, email sam@floro.co.uk.
What we collect
When you request a Leak Score, we collect:
- your first name and email address
- your store URL
- your monthly revenue band and email platform
- how you found us (source and UTM data)
- your device type (mobile or desktop)
Why we use it
To prepare and send your Leak Score, and to follow up with you about our services. We don't sell your data or share it for marketing.
Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests: you've asked for a Leak Score, and following up about it is something you'd reasonably expect.
Who processes it for us
- Lovable and Supabase, for hosting and storage
- Resend, for sending email
- Plausible, for cookieless website analytics
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months, then it's deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to us using it. Email sam@floro.co.uk and we'll reply the same working day.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
